Privacy Policy
Effective: September 23, 2026
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elyqon Mobile LLC, operating under the brand Elyqon Mobile, handles personal information in connection with its website, project inquiries, consulting conversations and mobile application development services.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information associated with visitors to this website, prospective clients, client representatives, vendors and other business contacts. It covers information handled during initial inquiries, project planning, service delivery, billing and ordinary business administration. It does not replace a project-specific data processing agreement, security schedule or privacy notice where one is required for a particular application.
A mobile product developed for a client may have its own privacy policy and may be controlled by that client. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, this website policy does not govern information independently collected by a client’s application, store account or third-party platform.
2. Information we may receive
Information you provide
Depending on how you communicate with us, we may receive your name, company name, work email address, telephone number, business address, selected service, product description, technical requirements, proposed timing, budget information and any other details you choose to include in a project discussion.
Project and service information
If a commercial engagement begins, we may handle statements of work, technical specifications, design materials, user stories, test records, source-code access instructions, issue reports, invoices, payment status and communications needed to perform the agreed work. We ask clients not to provide production credentials, sensitive end-user data or regulated information unless a secure method and written purpose have first been agreed.
Website information
Hosting and commerce platforms may automatically record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, date and time, and security events. The exact technical records depend on the Shopify store configuration, enabled applications and the visitor’s browser settings.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to review and respond to inquiries; determine whether a proposed project is within scope; prepare estimates and service documents; communicate about requirements, schedules and deliverables; provide contracted design, development, testing, launch or maintenance services; maintain business and accounting records; protect systems and prevent misuse; comply with legal obligations; and resolve complaints or disputes.
We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists or use project information for unrelated advertising.
4. Website forms
The project inquiry interface supplied with this website validates required fields, displays a confirmation message in the visitor’s browser and clears the visible form. In its current configuration, that interface does not transmit the entered information to a server, database, email service or external processor. No inquiry is actually delivered until the site owner configures and discloses an appropriate collection method.
If a future form, email service, customer relationship system or other collection method is enabled, this policy should be updated before use to identify the relevant purpose, legal basis, recipients and retention period. Visitors should avoid entering confidential source code, passwords, authentication tokens, health data, financial account information or other sensitive material into a general inquiry form.
5. Legal bases and business purposes
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, information may be handled because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with law, to protect legitimate business and security interests, or because consent has been given for a specific optional purpose. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to hosting, collaboration, accounting, professional advisory, security or technical service providers that support the business; to contractors assigned to an approved project and subject to appropriate confidentiality terms; to government authorities when disclosure is legally required; or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to suitable confidentiality protections.
Project tools and third-party integrations are selected according to the written project scope. A client may also direct the use of its own accounts, repositories, cloud services, analytics, application stores or communication tools. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices.
7. Retention
Inquiry information is retained only for a period reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, document the resulting decision and meet legal obligations. Contract, invoice and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting and limitation rules. Project files are retained according to the applicable agreement, delivery requirements, backup cycles and security needs. Information that is no longer required is deleted, de-identified or securely archived as appropriate.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures are used for information under our control. Measures may include access restrictions, multi-factor authentication where supported, managed credentials, encrypted transfer, device protection, documented access handoff and separation of development from production environments. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and clients remain responsible for the security of accounts and systems they control.
9. International handling
Digital services and project tools may involve processing in more than one jurisdiction. Where required, cross-border transfers should be supported by an appropriate legal mechanism and vendor assessment. The project agreement may specify approved locations, providers or transfer restrictions when these matters are material to the application.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. A request must contain enough information to identify the relevant records and verify that the requester is authorized. Certain records may be retained where law, contractual rights, security or dispute resolution requires it. You may also have the right to complain to a competent privacy regulator.
11. Children’s information
The website and services are directed to business clients and adult representatives. They are not intended to collect personal information directly from children. A client building a child-directed product must identify that requirement before development so that consent, data minimization, store classification and legal obligations can be addressed in the project scope.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised to reflect changes in law, business processes, technology or website configuration. The updated date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes should be reviewed before any new collection method or substantially different processing begins.
