1. What cookies are

This website is prepared for Shopify. Shopify and the active theme may use cookies that are technically necessary to deliver pages, protect the service, maintain a cart or recognize a privacy preference. The exact cookie names and durations can change when Shopify updates its platform, when the merchant changes plan settings or when an application is installed or removed.

The custom theme code supplied for Elyqon Mobile does not intentionally create advertising cookies, analytics identifiers or persistent theme-preference storage. The Day/Night visual switch operates only in the active page session and does not intentionally write a persistent browser preference. The inquiry form supplied in the package does not transmit entered information or create a tracking cookie.

A first-party cookie is associated with the domain shown in the browser. A third-party cookie is associated with another service embedded in or called by the site. Hosting, media, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention or marketing applications can introduce third-party requests. Elyqon Mobile should review an application before enabling it and update this policy and any consent controls when the application changes the site’s data practices.

Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry date or until removed by the visitor. Security and consent records may need to persist longer than a page session. Because platform cookies can be updated, visitors who need an exact current list should inspect the browser’s storage panel or the live consent interface rather than rely on a static example list.

You can usually view, block or delete cookies through browser settings. Most browsers allow different rules for first-party and third-party cookies and may delete stored records when the browser closes. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can prevent sign-in, cart, security or preference functions from working correctly.

Where non-essential cookies are enabled and consent is legally required, the site should present a choice before those cookies are set. Rejecting optional cookies should be as accessible as accepting them, and withdrawing a preference should not be more difficult than giving it.
